Refund policy

At Pet Vibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy. This policy covers all products purchased from our website or in-store.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and in the same packaging as when it was received.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Products

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Ship the product back to us at the address provided. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and it has been inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been used or damaged

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
